A composite 8 made up of girls from Bewdley and Birmingham Rowing Clubs won bronze at the Junior Inter-Regional Regatta.
The crew of Kiah Bradley, Sophie Evans, Penny Gunn, Victoria Williams,
Imogen Brown, Hollie Reynolds, Honor Meering, Abbie Ludford and cox Grace
Cox (corr) covered the 1,500m of the Holme Pierrepont course in Nottingham
in 5 minutes, 52 seconds.
Only teams based along the banks of the River Thames in London were faster.
