INDOOR
ROWING
FOR ALL

Indoor Rowing
Go Row Indoor is a new kind of exercise class that caters for people of all ages and levels of fitness. Similar to spin classes but using rowing machines, indoor rowing is a total workout that is fun, simple to learn, low impact and minute-for-minute burns more calories than almost any other exercise.
Classes last around 45 minutes are run by our indoor rowing trainers who will lead you through the technique, giving coaching and advice.
It’s an ideal exercise for you if you have been less active for a while due to injury or health issues as the intensity level can be adapted individually. If you fancy having a go on the water, indoor sessions are a really good way to start – the instructors use the same terminology as is used on the water and the basic movement is the same – without the chance of getting wet!
How to get started
There are two types of courses you can attend; ROW SPIN or ROW FIT
Both courses are run in 6 week blocks, each class lasts around 45 minutes are run by our indoor rowing trainers who will lead you through the technique, giving coaching and advice.
ROW SPIN is high intensisty, quick paced, loud music putting your through your paces whilst learning technique and gaining fitness. Whereas ROW FIT is more focused on the techincal aspects of rowing, keeping you active and getting you fit, it is more calm and not so loud.
Pick which one is right for you and come along and join in.
