I wish to become a Member of Bewdley Rowing Club. I agree to conform to the Rules and Health and Safety Policy of the Club, Safeguarding Procedures, and Water Safety guidelines and the Junior Code of conduct.
It is a condition of membership of Bewdley Rowing Club that all members abide by the Child Protection Procedures which are in place as required in the Club's affiliation to British Rowing. Any individual wishing to take part in coaching activities with Junior Members at Bewdley Rowing Club will require a valid British Rowing DBS check.

Bewdley RC Membership Options

If my child is allowed to walk home I will inform the coach at the first session.
Please indicate if your child has any learning support at school or educational needs.
This information is used to determine if extra support is needed whilst learning to row. If the answer is yes please speak to your coach or the welfare officer. This information will only be passed to coaches on a need to know basis.
Please provide the name of parent/guardian who will be responsible for the Junior during the training times, PLEASE INCLUDE names, phone numbers and email addresses.
Monthly payments are paid over 6 months in total as shown below

Please make sure your name is used as a reference for whichever payment method you choose

Should a payment be missed you will lose your right to pay by installments and the full balance will be due.

No refunds will be given.

Upgrading to FULL Rowing at any time during the year from any membership category the difference between the subscriptions will be paid.

New members joining up to 30th September pay full category amount.
New members joining 1st October-31st December pay 50% of category amount.
New members joining 1st January -31st March pay 25% of category amount

Health Declaration

Rowing is a sport that can require high intensity work over long periods of time and if you are about to begin training for the first time or haven't exercised for a while it is advisable to check your general health with your doctor before commencing any form of strenuous exercise. Please note: It is important that you notify the club of any medical condition that develops during your membership that could affect your safety when taking part in club activities.

Club Declaration

Members at Bewdley Rowing Club are asked to help out at club events as part of their membership. As well as ad hoc occasions there are some events we know come up each year so please indicate which ones listed below you will be available to help with, tick each event you can help with and you should choose at least one item from the list.

Due to changes in the law, we have to make you aware of how we are going to use and store your personally identifiable data. Your data will be used for the clubs mailing list purposes only and you can be contacted regularly by the club and members who have subscribed to the mailing list. Your details will not be shared with any one in or outside of the club, who does not require it for medical or membership purposes. Your data will be stored on a secure sever and we will only store it until the next membership renewal, where you will then have to agree to another acceptance.
